The Fort Atkinson Community Foundation is offering grants of up to $500 for specific equipment, materials, supplies, or program to help a public school teacher in the School District of Fort Atkinson improve their classroom.
Grant applications can be submitted annually from August 1st to September 15th and award notifications will be made in late October.

If, after reviewing the guidelines, you believe your idea would qualify, please request a grant application from the Fort Atkinson Community Foundation via email at email@example.com, starting August 1st. Applications should be completed, saved in a pdf format, and emailed back to the same email address by the September 15th deadline.
