Designated Fund Grants
Applicants for Designated Fund grants must be 501(c)3 organizations or units of government that are currently identified as the designee of a Community Foundation Designated Fund.

-
To build endowment funds of the designee
-
For religious or sectarian purposes
-
For lobbying, partisan political purposes or campaigns

Qualified organizations may request a Designated Fund grant application by contacting FACF Executive Director Sue Hartwick at (920) 563-3210 or facf@fortfoundation.org.
